We are looking forward to gathering at Grace Church in Frisco, TX for the 2025 Leadership Summit, November 12–14. We are praying and planning for this time to be a joyful experience of life-giving fellowship and refreshment in the Lord’s presence together under the theme of Looking to Jesus: Keeping Christ at the Center of Life & Leadership.

Confessionally, we believe, teach, and defend the centrality of Christ. We confess that Christ is central to God’s plan of redemption, all of Scripture, our churches, our message, our ministry, and our lives. That’s why we passionately “preach Jesus Christ and him crucified” and lift up the name of Jesus as the only way of salvation. To be a Christian is to be in the deepest way possible “in Christ,” and to be a member of the Church is to be a living member of “the body of Christ.” We joyfully confess that life and ministry are all about Jesus.

But isn’t it true that in our common experience, with each passing day, new distractions arise that divert us from remaining centered on the good news of Jesus in our lives and ministry? We are too easily tempted to make it about us. This often results in a preoccupation with our ambitions, our successes, our failures, and our expectations for our church. There is but one antidote for this common ailment– “looking to Jesus the author and finisher of the faith!” (Hebrews 12:2)

That’s why there is nothing more critical in our partnership than helping one another keep our gaze on the crucified, risen, exalted, and reigning Christ. With God’s help, let’s help one another join the psalmist who looks to Christ and cries out, “To you I will lift up my eyes, O you who are enthroned in the heavens!” (Psalm 123:1)

All of our teaching and discussions at this year’s Summit will be tethered to this fundamental reality.

We will be hearing from several of our own TFC pastors and are excited to have pastor, author, and professor Jared C. Wilson as our guest speaker. His messages will come from his outstanding books: Lest We Drift: 5 Departure Dangers from the One True Gospel and Friendship with the Friend of Sinners: The Remarkable Possibility of Closeness with Christ.

Please consider joining us and register.
